RUSTY - Wee Heavy
Copper-colored beer, in which the protagonist is the sweetness of the malt, which is especially reminiscent of caramel. The drink is made satisfying and balanced by a peaty finish, which makes it balanced. The manufacturing process includes a quick contact with oak chips, so that the tannin of the wood moderates the sweetness mentioned above and releases a delicate hint of freshness that lightens the peaty flavors.
