This IPA draws inspiration from Candy Canes, used in small part during the boil and "reproduced" by the aromatic notes of yeast and hops used. Aromatically it releases fruity and resinous notes given by the massive use of hops used in dry hopping, specifically Superdelic, for the fruity part, Polaris and Enigma for the resinous hints. A pleasant and round bitterness completes the drink thanks to the use of oat flakes and verdant yeast
